Removal of cooktop and installation of new cooktop

Hi there, I need an existing Fisher and Paykel cooktop removed and a new cooktop installed into my kitchen. I have attached a photo of the existing cooktop, and the new cooktop is a Bosch Series 8 Induction 60cm cooktop. I think all measurements align, they are both 60cm cooktops.
