Network cables & power installations

Have got some data & electrical jobs I'd like to get a quote for. I need two network cables run through - one is easy (through a wall), other is through a floor & walls. I also want some new power points installed (in a room with pre-existing power), two security cameras installed (both replacing existing outdoor lights), two outdoor powerpoints, and to get a quote for an electric car charging point. The last one is tricky as the house is on top of a hill serviced by a private cable car (three phase supply to house). The electric car charging point is on the road below at the cable car landing which has power, but may not be enough for charging. Keen for someone to have a look & let me know what's possible.
