Rewire 3 bed house

Wanting to put a new switchboard in with rcd and update wiring, bedrooms have new wire so would need to be connected to switchboard, rest of house needs new wiring, currently renovating so access is easy as I tear walls down in rooms. Will get new wires put in for kitchen, hallway, and bathroom and get new wires run later for front lounge and upstairs room when needed
