Electrical Split into two units

We want to split the one existing power board and meter for the whole house into two. The intention is to split the house into two units within the overall existing structure effectively creating two flats rather than having one large house. We will be converting a laundry into a kitchen in the process and relocating the existing laundry. Happy to meet on site and discuss the details and options to determine the best option going forward.
