New Power Installation in Te Anga Waitomo & Wiring for 10sqm Loft Cabin

Just chasing some quotes to setup power to my section located in Te Anga and electrical wiring for a 10sqm cabin with loft. The cabin will be delivered April 15th. There are power lines at road side I have included some pictures of the cabin and an example of one lined with loft. I am planning to have half size kitchen cabinetry under the loft with: 1 DBL AC OUTLET near breakfast bar 1 DBL AC OUTLET next to in wall pantry (benchtop) 1 DBL AC OUTLET next to in wall pantry (right side) 1 DBL AC OUTLET in living (right side) window 1 DBL AC OUTLET in loft 1 DBL AC OUTLET weatherproof outside front cabin (pictured) I am looking to purchase the light fixtures and switches online to install myself (if allowed) once I’ve lined the cabin, but would like: Standard light in kitchen (installed under mezzanine) Two Wall lamps either side of living window (sofa) 8 inset dimmable LED lights in ceiling, with dim switch in living and loft Two LED wall reading lamps in loft One Outdoor coach light (right side) door I will also need power for a water pump under cabin and a smoke alarm.. anything else I need to be code compliant. I can send more details/measurements etc.. Please let me know your thoughts, or mention any suggestions. I am still deciding the placement of the cabin on the property but it sits alongside Mangahine Stream and Marokopa River, so having the electrics a bit higher would be good idea I think.
