Extractor Fan Install
Job description
I have a rental property 8a Rother Street South Hill. I have a manrose 150mm through wall extractor fan that was pulled off another property I own- works well. Was wanting it and my grill/ ducting installed through the wall above the oven. Kitchen has no external soffits and limited roof space so this is the best solution. I am based in Christchurch and the property is managed locally. I would send my unit to my property manager and then they could arrange getting the item to you and access to the property for install. I don’t need a quote but a ballpark estimate would be great if you are interested. I would like this fan operated off its own seperate switch which you would supply and install. Thanks.
