Issues from Electrical Safety Report

We have had an electrical safety report done as part of the sale of our house. The report has found several issues that need to be addressed, as follows: - There are 3-4 power points that are not earthed - Two power points are loose and needs secured - The heat light fan unit in the bathroom needs replaced as it is showing signs of having been hot. - A bulb has broken off in the hall light. - The kitchen light is missing a cover exposing all the control gear. - There is a burnt out connection to a fuse at the switch board - There are two T.R.S cables at the switch board that should be replaced, there is also another one visible inside the man hole into the roof space. - Out in the old woodshed stable building there are T.R.S cables running to the lights that plug into a power point, these need replaced - In the shop building two Batten holders need secured to the ceiling. Obviously these things need to be remedied, but as we are selling the house we want to find the most cost effective solutions.
