Move domestic electrical mains connection

Hi, We would like to get quotes/advice about moving the mains connection on the side of our house. We would like to put a set of double doors under where they are currently positioned and I suspect doing so without moving the mains would be against code as, with a door there, someone could potentially reach/touch the cables. See attached photos. The plan in the future is to build a deck and cover in this area, so wherever the mains connection is positioned would need to be out of the way of the potential cover. Cheers.
