TV wall mount and adding new power point

Hi there, I bought a Samsung 55" Frame TV and am needing it mounted. The mount comes included with the TV. Ideally, it would be great to get someone who has installed one of the Frame TVs before as the instructions look quite specific to the frame TVs. Here are video instructions from Samsung: --- I also need the cables to be concealed in the wall and for a new outlet to be installed near the bottom of the wall, directly below TV. Plus, it would be great to get the tv aerial connected to it. Currently TV aerial is coming out of floor on the wall opposite to it. There will be an electric fireplace below the Frame TV that will use this outlet also. So the fireplace will be in front of the outlet. The fireplace doesn't arrive till December though, so just need to worry about the TV. Have taken a photo of the wall and done a quick mock-up of how it will actually look.
