Hi there, Hot water at our place is not working and needed a fix. We checked to make sure that switch on the wall is turned on and switchboard for hot water cylinder is on as well. So, we thought hot water cylinder maybe at fault so called plumber only to find out that there are no power coming through to hot water cylinder and he thinks it might be either switch or cable fault. Would you happen to come across any case like this and was hoping to get rough quote on how much it would cost to fix an issue like this. I look forward to hearing back from you. Kind regards, Sangyeon
