Replacement of bathroom extractor fan, and guidance on kitchen

Job 2 in two parts: 1. Replace existing extractor fan in bathroom. Extractor fan vents to exterior and is housed in roof cavity. Old fan is no longer up to it so now need to replace. New fan has been purchased, so just require installation. 2. Advice and estimation on installation of extractor fan in kitchen. No fan exists. Need to install one before renting property in line with healthy homes.
