Install new Circuit breaker and Power Point

I Found out the Cooking hood and security system is connected tot he same feed as the Hot Water. Looking into installing a new circuit breaker(there is space on the existing board) and running cable to the ceiling space for a power point. Will need 1 x Mini Circuit breaker, aprox 5m of cable. Easy access to ceiling space and easy access to run cable as there is a draw wire to the ceiling space from the DB. Thank you. Job in henderson, Universal Drive by PakNsave. Thank you.
