Light fittings and power points

Hi there, I have a few small jobs I need done; - Dining light has been flickering and batten holder has already been replaced. Still flickering after replacement. - A couple of spotlights to be replaced (one is working and there is a 10 second lag from flicking the switch to it turning on which is frustrating). The other is very old. - A switch that needs to be replaced which is broken. Keen on getting a quote and a tradie that will keep in contact as well as show up on time! Thanks, Kristina
