Replace Weiss extractor fan with newer Weiss.
Job description
The old bathroom extractor fan (Weiss) is barely extracting and for showers too hot and too long trips the circuit breaker. We need it replaced with an already purchased Weiss FH708LED. It fits the same hole but required additional wiring to connect to the fan (the prior model had the fan already built in).

Had an excellent experience with Rob and would recommend to others for electrical work. He asked appropriate and knowledgable questions to give us an accurate estimate. He was on time when he arrived and clearly explained the work to be undertaken before he started. Kindly gave us some tips and shared with us his knowledge on electrics to allow us to make informed decisions. When finished he walked us through the problem and solution. We were also given a COC.
