Need an internal fibre cable wired above ceiling

I had an initial consultation with a Chorus technician for connecting up to fibre network came in around our street recently. I was told to have an internal fibre wired over the garage ceiling (to be done) by an electrician. It will have to be between an outside wall where an external termination point will be placed and a small room in the house where an internal optical network terminal is placed - there is a particular place I'd like getting it installed. I will provide fibre cables to be wired. Basically the cable will have to be from an outside wall, up above the garage ceiling diagonally into a particular room within house. I think the total length would be around 5-10 m.
