Install plugs in ceiling suitable for LED lighting

Install plugs for LEDs in lounge ceiling, to allow installation of LED replacement downlights (to be installed by house owner). Required for 7 lights. Also replace two existing switches (one circuit of four lights and one of three) with dimmer switches, owner will provide. Wiring is original 1974 and I have no reason to suspect needs replacing but. Access is a little tight through a bedroom wardrobe but manageable with standard low pitch roof. Can be done next week or after 25 June as suits you, just need a couple of days notice. Thanks.
