New services for a residential subdivision. Established site, just cutting the section in half. Single Phase Power Water to existing meter Phone service in trenched area Phone network to come to boundary to the left of transformer Network connection right hand boundary BTS - Allowance for BTS to we can keep the ICP and address the same for the subdivided section with existing house. The job can be done before the house is relocated, for ease of access. No connections to the house at this stage. Have resource consent for subdivision, Surveyors drawings, Building consent plans (not issued) all available.
