Scope of Work Includes:
Full internal electrical fit-out for 5 new homes, including:
Wiring and cabling
Switchboards
Power points and lighting
Kitchen appliance provisions
Smoke alarms (to current code)
External lighting/power (if required)
Connection from the street mains (if feasible/permitted)
Compliance with all New Zealand electrical standards and relevant council regulations

Please provide a clear, itemised quote, including​ Labour​, Materials​, Any provisional sums or allowances (Please note: Trenching to the street mains will be handled separately and provided by others)
Lead time / availability
Any assumptions or exclusions
Estimated duration per home or for the entire development
Your process for electrical inspection and certification
