Switchboard relocation a short distance

Please provide a cost effective quotation for relocating a switchboard from the laundry room to a lockable box outside Please advise if the Regulations allow the switchboard to be housed in a lockable box and the cost of such a box? This is to ensure easy access. The cables behind the switchboard are all easily accessed from the basement. The cables will not require extending to suit the new location.
