Check old wiring in hallway as have smelt a funny plastic smell when in use ;rewire if needed; wanting to take down light fitting and hang up new ones for 4 rooms, our lights are currently in ceiling so I am wanting a hanging lightshade, and also I need a power output where my tv is going to be hung on a wall mount. If it is Possible also a tv aerial input/output?
