New breaker (possibly) and replace 2-way light switch

I'm changing all of my light switches to smart switches. In the kitchen I have a 2-way switch (two wall switches controlling same light), and am wanting to take it down to 1-way, using a supplied smart switch instead. I need assistance with the wiring here (as it's not a straight swap) and also may need a replacement breaker as all light on one breaker have stopped.
