Outdoor plug change and electric fence gate repair

As attached; 1- A plug had better days for my electric fencing unit, change it to a XXI century one. 2- Under this gate, the electric black plastic coated wire (can be seen in the picture) is making noises indicating there’s electricity somewhere so it needs replacing, put inside a tube and seal the ends. I will provide the tube where the coated wire would go. The rest, please provide in quote. Quote including gst and any additional charges please. Any questions, let me know. Thank you
