Boundary connection + septic/potable connection

I have a new build underway that need a 3 phase connection from boundary to meter box, approx 30m run. Also need connection to septic and potable water systems. See attached docs. Can quote for per meter rate of each at this stage to get the ball rolling. Interior electrical fit out already contacted to my main builder, just looking for outdoor connections. Schedule yet to be confirmed 100% but these will likely to go in Mid August to September Also possibility of electrical fit out for outdoor shed at later date. Potable water will be a single pump running from dual tanks. Septic system is spec'd as BioCycle 8200 Wastewater Treatment System currently. Possibility this may change to simpler system with only a drain pump, not blower assembly., hopefully confirm this in next few weeks. Happy to discuss options. Currently in Europe for work so email/written comms preferred at this stage but scheduled calls can follow once I get a short list. Thanks
