Light fitting with integrated LED bulb in bathroom is faulty and we were supplied a replacement fitting under warranty that now needs to be installed. Also an outside light has filled up with water, leak has been repaired but light fitting is rusty so will need repairing or replacing. Note this property is tenanted.
