Extractor fan Bathroom.

Extractor fan in bathroom works and turns on, but fan does not rotate. Please repair. Job needs to be done in next 1-2 weeks as has been sold but part of settlement agreement. Replace extractor fan if necessary. Repair is preferable. Thanks.
