Move light switch and disconnect or relocate phone cable/jack

I'm getting part of a wall removed in my kitchen, and need to get one light switch moved. There is also a telephone cable that runs on the inside of this wall (from the master jack in the kitchen, to the living room) that needs to be disconnected or moved.
