Bathroom extractor fan dripping water

Hi there, We have just moved into a new build. We have noticed in the ensuite bathroom, the extractor fan appears to fluctuate revs, and after 10 or 15 minutes in the shower, it begins to drip water, and does not seem to extract very efficiently as there is a lot of steam and condensation. The main bathroom doesn't appear to have this issue. I have got up in the roof space and had a look at both. The only difference I can see is the ensuite tubing is in a loop as it is in the corner of the house, while the main bathroom has straight tubing. I have attached photos of both. Would anyone be interested in coming to take a look and letting me know is there any way this can be remedied. Best contact is email however I will attempt to answer phone calls.
