Heat pump, Extractor fan and light

Hi, I need a heat pump installed, area requires 2.7kw so smaller kind like 3.5kw needed. Want this to go where the old one was (this has been removed already, hole is in wall and concrete pad on outside ready for new one). Extractor fan/heat lamps is in the ceiling but needs to be wired up. Light at back door has issues and needs replacing to work. Property is currently vacant.
