Electrical for new small budget home

Hi...new budget home build near Hawera. 108m2 floor. One open plan living/kitchen area, 2 bedroom each connected to an ensuite. Please let me know your estimate quote to get lighting and power points in - floor plan attached. The house is a 9m x 12m rectangle. Living area 6m x 12m...the bedrooms and ensuites in rectangular wing 3m x 12m. I want 6 double power points in the main living/kitchen area, then 2 in each bedroom and 1 in each bathroom. Lighting minimal to keep costs down - 3 hanging lights in kitchen area, and 4 hanging lights in living area, and 1 x light in each bedroom and 1 x light in each bathroom.
