Check power Meter

We need a check power meter supplied and installed for separate cottage/barn from Main house. Not enough room in meter box in the main houses outside meter box (not that, that would be applicable) or enough room in the internal hall fuse box of the lockwood house . We really need check meter to be able to be read from outside as do not have access to internal house fuse box. The cottage/Barn feed comes from 2 fuses in the internal houses halls fuse box through attic to exterior brickwork of main house as in photo. Then 20 metres under ground to cottage/barn. Also Cottage/barn has 2 internal fuse boxes. So If possible need check meter attached to bricks (as in photo) where single power line leaves main house to cottage or where main single power comes into Cottage/barn . Please quote total cost.
