Wiring in a window-actuator in Southbridge

We need someone to wire in an electric-opening window at the top of the stairs (the model is a TOPP C30, and you can check the technical guff at --- ). The actuator has been fitted to the window and the window installed – we just need someone to make it all go! Please check you know where Southbridge is before you express interest in the job – we’re about 30 to 45 minutes south of Christchurch (depending on which part of town you come from).
