find electrical fault and install security light

1. Install a new security light to replace the faulty one in photo. I will provide the new security light. 2. Find electrical fault in sleepout. Lighting fuse keeps blowing. Have,already had one electrician around who couldn't find fault so need someone who's good at locating faults. Nothing obvious like chewed wiring so may take some time to locate fault. I'm home this Friday arvo would like to get job done then.
