Re wire small house

First I need a quote. I am doing up a small house, will be one room plus bathroom. I need plugs put in, redo lights, install instant hot water. Apparently the electric that goes around the house is ok but all the lighting wiring is old. I am planning on putting my grandmother in it so need it done ASAP.
