I have a sleep out thats 62sqm. It currently has a RCD board and a few power points installed and a couple of lights. I'm about to have the totalspan insulate and gib'd so would like to put some new downlights in and some additional power points put in, plus wiring ready for a heat pump. I have pretty good trade prices at mitre 10 so am not wanting to be over charged on materials.
