Two year old new build house - I have two sets of LED lights in the lounge that I would like to have dimmed - the lights are currently on two way switches. In addition I have a few random things that are not quite right: * Flickering light in the bedroom. * Heated towel rail working intermittently. * Adjust the timer on under-counter bathroom sensor lights.
