Spa 15Amp plug

New dedicated 15amp plug for my Spa. The cable run is from electric panel in garage to spa that would be installed on my deck. Line of site us about 7m, through house in wall unsure of total length. Would prefer this to be hardwired. I have external waterproof plugs rated to 10Amp, maybe a change in socket from 10Amp to 15Amp is all required. Need you check the cable rating and what sits on the cable. Possibly dedicated and hardwired to spa would be best. Look forward to your feedback. Thanks.
