Install two exhaust fans
Job description
Please give us an idea of the start date and an estimated price. We prefer to have the job done before the new year. We hope to install two exhaust fans, one in the toilet and one in the laundry room. Requirement: 1. Ceiling mounted. 2. Ducted to external, not into the roof space. 3. Since both rooms are pretty small, we prefer smaller fans. 4. We do NOT want to have two more vents to the wall because there are already a few penetrations. So either one vent on the wall and one through the roof, or both rooms share a vent (but need to prevent air from one room from coming into the other room). Things that we are not sure yet and need to discuss: 1. Does the roof cavity have enough space for installing these fans and accessories. 2. Vents option. 3. We can either buy fan kits by ourselves, or let you prepare them. Just need to confirm before booking the job.
