HRV System - Error 10

Our HRV system is 8 years old and is showing "Error 10" on the control panel and has stopped functioning. After not getting anywhere with HRV themselves, I am on the lookout for someone who has experience with the units and might be able to diagnose the issue and source replacement parts/repair as necessary.
