Wiring to be sorted to install LED lighting in Ceiling

We are looking for an Electrician to sort out our wiring in our lounge. We have removed the gib from the walls and we need a new socket install as well. The ceiling is removed but we want to install new LED lights when the roof is re-Gib so we need to wiring prepared for that. Lastly, we just need to know the condition of the wiring as well. We are looking quotes for the working and hoping for a quick turn around.
