We have a broken ceiling fan in our master bathroom. It currently hums but does not rotate or extract any of the moist air from the bathroom. We have attempted to adjust it by accessing it inside the ceiling but this has not worked. It has been this way for a while so the time pressure is low. However, we are keen to have someone investigate the problem with it at the moment and repair/replace depending on what is required. There is an access hatch in close proximity to the extractor fan and has been accessed by us. However, inside the ceiling cavity is a confined space.
