New Power Outlet

I need a new power outlet installed in the garage for a washing machine and dryer. The existing outlet is located above the planned benchtop, so ideally, I’d like a new outlet positioned just below the benchtop, close to the current one.

I’ve attached an image of the area for reference, along with a photo of the circuit board (for reference only – no work is required on the board). It looks like a fairly straightforward and simple job. Hoping to get it done as soon as possible.
