Hot Tube tripping power

When turning on the Hot Tub it is tripping the power for the house. The pump starts without any issues but when the heating element seems to kick in the power trips. The pump and heater were replaced back in 2017 so not that old.

Troubleshoot two lights not working

We have two Round Fluorescent lights in one room. These both stopped working at the exact same time. We got new bulbs, but these aren't working. We need to find out whether something is wrong with the lights themselves, or whether we somehow just got the wrong bulbs. A few things I need done around the house. -Need a handrail with led lights installed or some other lighting solution for dark stairway (interior) -3 double powerpoints changed. Extractor Fan in bathroom

Please provide a quote to replace the bathroom extractor fan with a better fan. The older style 3 in 1 fittings like the one that is currently in place are not very good to removing moisture and it would be worthwhile considering replacing this with a separate fan and installing new lights. Once the fan has been replaced and new light fittings installed, the celling will be repainted. If you suggest that we paint the celling first, please let me know.
