Job description
We need your help getting electrical work done on our property as soon as possible. Property details: * located in Takanini * single-level * built in early 2000s * standalone brick and tile * 140m2 residential * roof space accessible and ample We are looking for a licensed electrician to carry out following: Required Work: a. 6x Installs of outdoor security cameras + (PoE) cabling to central unit (Software setup not required.) b. 1x circuit split for lighting c. 2x circuit split for bathroom light and extractor fan unit d. 2x Install new lighting set with 2-way switches e. 2x Install overhead LED tube lighting f. 2x Install new power sockets indoor g. 1x Install new power socket outdoor h. 4x Installs of outdoor sensored lighting w/ 3-state switches (sensor and lighting are separate units) i. 12x Installs of outdoor LED lighting in soffits (sensored, as part of the above) Possible Additional Work: a. 1x Install new power sockets indoor b. 2x Installs of new bathroom extractor fans c. 1x Installs of outdoor sensored lighting w/ 3-state switches (sensor and lighting are separate units) d. 19x Change indoor lighting to LEDs e. 16x Change Power Sockets Face plates f. 12x Change switch face plates g. 1x Basic electrical system inspection: - verify that installations and electrical equipment are electrically safe - identify any potential electrical problems to look out for in future (Assume all installations listed above to be on separate circuits.) Once work is complete, the expectation is that: * Certificate of Compliance will be issued for all work done, * All work will be completed within agreed time frames and * Work site will be left in a clean and tidy state, with all rubbish removed from premise. In your response, kindly breakdown the quote by Required Work and Possible Additional Work described above. We do understand it would be rough estimate. We really enjoyed working with Scott and Jacob on this job. We had quite a thorough list of requirements for our job and had asked for samples and clarifications multiple times, and Scott was always obliging. Very prompt with his communication also. Despite the size of the job, Scott did his best to deliver within schedule. There were instances during the job where Scott made install improvements without asking and within our budget. We are glad to have found a reliable and honest tradie.
