Bathroom Electrical Repairs

Our bathroom light/extractor fan needs repairing. The heat lamps are wired to the wrong switch and the normal light does not work, plus it's hanging down. The switches in the light switch are not correctly placed (as per picture). We also would like our heated towel rail to be wired into the wall (is mounted just not connected). Ideally we'd like to get this work done on the week of the 13th as we have the week off to do other work on our house to prep for sale.
