House rewiring and adding new power outlets

Recently bought a 40s-era unit. Builder's report shows old wiring is still in use. I would like a rewiring of the entire house done. I'd also like to add three new power outlets. One will be at the hallway, pretty much directly below the Circuit Breaker box. The second outlet will be in the master bedroom, on the opposite side of the same wall as the hallway. The third will be in the kitchen. I would also like to know how much you will charge for just the rewiring alone. I'm on a bit of a budget (who isn't?) and want to prioritise the rewiring itself. Timeframe: No particular rush.
