Wire in underbench oven, hob and add Powerpoints to kitchen

A flood in the kitchen has ruined our kitchen cabinetry and we are taking the opportunity to remodel it. We have an existing freestanding oven, and intend to replace this with an underbench oven and in-bench hob. I am aware this may require an additional circuit be added to support this. Both the oven and hob would ideally use a plug rather than being hardwired but happy to be guided. Five to six powerpoints and one light switch need to moved or added to appropriate places. I am aware this may require RCD (?) protection being added to the switchboard - one was added to support the dishwasher switch when we moved in a few years ago that may be able to be used. The existing kitchen is currently in place but can be removed as appropriate including timing things to complete the job when the wall lining was removed if necessary.
