Great service, fast response however the initial invoice for less then 20-mins onsite was very high. Also being charged for a COC when all that was required (legally has to be provided) was an ESC was also a kick in the guts. Bradley rectified the miss-communication and altered the invoice as a good will gesture. Will (already have) recommended BDF to friends.
