In both a downstairs bathroom and an upstairs bathroom (in the same house) i need a suitable fan installed in each one. As it is a rental property the fans need to conform to Healthy Homes Regulations. Fans have not yet been purchased, awaiting recommendation by the tradesman.

Very happy to use Martin again. Great that he kept in touch over lockdown so it was easy to reschedule the job which was done as quoted and to a good standard.
