Connecting heated towel, power socket and new fuse

We require connecting two heated towel rails and installation of one double power socket: Bathroom 1: connecting of towel rail to switch and installing/ fitting additional double power socket. Bathroom 2: installing/ fitting towel rail switch and connecting towel rail. Note that towel rails are already installed, just not connected. We understand that new socket also requires additional fuse/circuit breaker in main fuse box.
