Installing extractor fans into two bathrooms

We would like to install extractor fans into two separate bathrooms that are next to each other on the same wall. The bathrooms are on the first floor, external wall is brick. We are flexible on the extractor fan type, minimum flow rate must be at least 25l/sec as per Healthy Homes Standard.
